Villa Sa Tertulia is located directly on the seafront in the area of Es Arenals, the Playa Mitjorn beach.

The closest town is Es Calò (1500m away) where you can find all essential amenities (chemist, bank, supermarket, café, restaurant, newsagent etc.).

Here at Villa Sa Tertulia time passes by slowly: a sun-filled day followed by an aperitif on the magnificent terrace enjoying the view of the enchanting sea is finished off with dinner on the terrace where you can witness the sunset of a lifetime, with the sea and sky blending in reddish tones on the horizon.

The tranquillity, colours and sounds of the sea make a stay at the Sa Tertulia villa unique and unforgettable.

The property is furnished with all comforts and has a parking area, a solarium area, a grill area and, of course, a fantastic terrace from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.

Villa Sa Tertulia guarantees total privacy and is beautifully designed. It can also be stayed in during wintertime as heating is available.
 

Villa Sa Tertulia has an internal area of 150 metres and external area of 50 metres and comprises:

- 3 Bedrooms ( master bedroom plus two with single beds ) with linen provided ( changed weekly),wardrobe and fan.
- Finely furnished entrance/living room, digital TV, fan, fireplace and small bookcase for guest use.
- Kitchen equipped with all necessities, including fridge, oven and gas cooker.
- 2 Bathrooms with linen for guests ( changed weekly ).
- Magnificent partially covered veranda with beautiful sea view, equipped with dining area ( table with six chairs and stone bench ) and solarium area ( sun
  loungers ).
