Villa Can Rima is located in the area of Punta Prima around 1500m from the beach of Es Pujols.

The closest town is Es Pujols (1500m away) where you can find all essential amenities (chemist, bank, supermarket, café, restaurant, newsagent etc.).

The property is furnished with all comforts and has a parking area, a grill area, a solarium area and, of course, a fantastic terrace from which a superb view of the island and glorious sunsets can be enjoyed.

- Open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessities, including fridge, oven, gas cooker, microwave, washing-machine and dishwasher.
- 3 Bathrooms with linen for guests ( changed weekly ).
- Magnificent partially covered veranda with beautiful sea view, equipped with dining area ( table with six chairs and bench ) and solarium area ( sun loungers ).
