Villa no.3 has two-rooms and an internal area of 45 metres and an external area of 14 metres and comprises:
 

- 1 bedroom with two single beds with linen provided (changed weekly), wardrobe, fan and safe.

- Finely furnished entrance/living room with two beds, private wardrobe for two guests, digital TV, fan and small bookcase for guest use.

- Open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessities, including fridge, oven, gas cooker and microwave.

- 1 bathroom with linen for guests (changed weekly).

- Spacious partially covered veranda surrounded by flower vases and equipped with dining area (table with four chairs) and solarium area (sun loungers).
