Villa no. 4 has three-rooms and an internal area of 90 metres and an external area of 14 metres and comprises:
 

- 2 Bedrooms (master bedroom plus one with single beds) with linen provided (changed weekly), wardrobe and fan.

- Finely furnished entrance/living room with two beds, private wardrobe for guests, digital TV, fan, safe, fireplace and small bookcase for guest use.

- Open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessities, including fridge, oven, gas cooker and microwave.

- 1 Bathroom with linen for guests (changed weekly).

- Spacious partially covered veranda surrounded by flower vases and equipped with dining area (table with six chairs) and solarium (sun loungers).
