Villa no. 5 has one room and an internal area of 35 metres and an external area of 30 metres and comprises:
 

- Finely furnished entrance/living room with three beds with linen provided (changed weekly), wardrobe, digital TV, ceiling fan, safe
  and small bookcase for guest use.

- Open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessities, including fridge, oven, gas cooker and microwave.

- 1 Bathroom with linen for guests (changed weekly).

- Spacious partially covered veranda surrounded by flower vases and equipped with dining area (table with chairs and stone bench) and solarium (sun loungers).
